RATES:

Rooms:
Our rates vary from $100 per night to $125 per night, depending upon how many days staying and the service you choose.

Our rooms are adults only lodging and also smoke free and pet free.

Vacation Homes:
Nature Cottage per level: $165 to $195 per night depending on the number of people and a one time cleaning fee of $65.
Call for winter rates as they can vary.
There is a 3 day minimum stay from May 1 - October 31

Gold Mine Lodge $375 to $395 per night depending on the number of people and a one time cleaning fee of $125.
There is a 3 day minimum stay from May 1 - October 31

Rates may change without notice for all units.

Deposit:

Rooms:

The deposit for 1 night stay is the full amount.
For multiple nights the deposit is one half of the total charge.

Vacation Homes:

One half of total is due when making reservations.
Sturgis Rally Week and holidays the full amount is due when making reservations.
Balance due on arrival
No refunds for early departure

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks, or Cash.

Check In & Out

Check In Time: 4:00pm to 7:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made, all units.
Check Out Time: 11:00am for Lodging rooms (Bird of Paradise, Dear Retreat & Rose Garden) and 10:00am for Vacation Homes (Nature Cottage & Gold Mine Lodge).

Damages, missing items and extraordinary cleaning will be charged to the customer’s credit card for all units.

Cancellation Policy:

After we take your reservation we turn many people down therefore we can only refund the deposit if the unit can be rebooked minus a $35.00 cancellation fee. Please ask about the different Sturgis Rally Week.

There will be a $200.00 charge for smoking inside or bringing any pets into all units. Smoking is allowed outside with the use of proper receptacles. DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND.
