RATES:

Rooms:
Our rates vary from $85 to $125 per night, depending upon the time of the year, how many people and how many days staying. There is a 2 day minimum stay during the summer months. Our rooms are smoke free and pet free.

Vacation Homes:
Gold Stone Lodge: $320 to $340 per night depending on the number of days staying, number of people and a one time cleaning fee of $125.
Call for off season rates as they can vary.
There is a 3 day minimum stay from May 1 - October 31

Gold Mine Lodge: $350 to $375 per night depending on the number of days staying, the number of people and a one time cleaning fee of $125. Call for off season rates as they can vary
There is a 3 day minimum stay from May 1 - October 31

Rates may change without notice for all units.

Vacation homes are smoke and pet free.

Deposit:

Rooms:

The deposit for a 1 night stay is the full amount.
For multiple nights the deposit is one half of the total charge.

Vacation Homes:

One half of total is due when making reservations.
Balance due on arrival.
No refund for early departure.
Sturgis Rally week & Holidays the full amount is due when making reservations.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Cash -- Checks only for prior deposits.

Check In & Out

Check In Time: 4:00pm to 7:00pm----There will be a charge for a late check in unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check Out Time: 11:00am for Lodging rooms (Bird of Paradise, Dear Retreat & Rose Garden) and 10:00am for Vacation Homes (Gold Stone Lodge & Gold Mine Lodge).

Damages, missing items and extraordinary cleaning will be charged to the customer's credit card if not paid before leaving.

Cancellation Policy:

After we take your reservation we turn many people down therefore we will refund the deposit if the unit can be rebooked minus a $40.00 cancellation fee. Please ask about the terms for the Sturgis Rally Week.

There will be a $200.00 charge for smoking inside or bringing any pets into all units. We have many people who are allergic to both. Smoking is allowed outside with the use of proper receptacles. Do not throw cigarettes butts on the ground outside or any other trash.
